An unexpected disconnection occured

it literally happens sometimes within 30 seconds of playing but it ALWAYS a crucial part of gameplay really messing things up for me. Why is this happening so consistently and no it's not my internet connection I have made absolutely sure of that.

Everyone is always quick to say it's not their side of things, but I would still recommend running WinMTR to rule out issues not only on your PC but all the connections between your PC and GGG's servers. Whatever you tested with could use different pathways that aren't experiencing issues. Or maybe the issue is only with specific GGG servers and going to a different server goes through a different path that is not experiencing issues.

Tons of possibilities that I'm sure you thoroughly ruled out. If you're not sure how to read the results, post an image.
