new location code does not come to my email ???

Hi there, I've accesed my POE account from another location and ( as usual ) I got prompt window to type new code from my email, but code does not come to my mail yet. Can you please look into it ? This isn't the first time this has happened, can you please check if this comes from your side ? I would like to use my free time to play instead of waiting. Thanx in advance
