I have never received this message.

To clarify: any modification of the game client & its files can trigger this warning (and a ban). It doesn't need to explicitly be something that is created with the sole purpose of cheating - and you don't need to use it for that purpose, either. Client modification itself is "enough".

e.g. anything with an installation procedure along the lines of "please place these .dll files in the game's folder" will trigger this, and flag your account
