ive contacted them after POE2 EA launch and yeah it took almost 2 months for a reply so they are respoding but rather slow, tbh i think they just didnt expect that many players and dont have the staff for it. overall they just need to hire a lot more ppl if they actually wanna support 2 life service games cause rn theyre just behind on everything POE 2 patch after 4 months is them "rushing for it" and POE1 gonna have a 12 month league, theyre severly understaffed

You seem a new guy around here. I never had any issues with their support . Always answering fast considering the other gaming companies . I always had my answer in 2-3 hours. But yeah maymbe now they are a bit slower because we have poe 2 and lots of new players came by. So please calm down .

Last time I opened a ticket to blizzard I was threteaned to be banned.
It happened A LOT of times. And my experience to ggg, usually took 2 days to get it resolved. Also, they listened some fix I suggested on forum (took some months, but was done) |

Everyone loves to say that GGG isn't dying, but you can tell a lot based on how much they can spend on the "side quests" like a good customer support staff.
I have never seen a healthy game with bad support, and I have never seen an unhealthy game with good support. |

Due to the GGG vulnerability, my account was hacked. I contacted GGG customer service on January 5th, and they blocked my account that day to prevent further attacks. They asked me to verify my information before unlocking it.
It's been 3 months now and my account still hasn't been unlocked. They get back to me almost every 40 days but that doesn’t help at all. They said the records were only kept for one month, but it took over a month to respond. I think I was hacked by GGG and it's not the hacker's fault. |

Easy.
Clone whoever is editing posts left and right with "[Removed by Support]" (yes I am talking about you) and put them in charge of everything because that person is seriously (re)active. Perhaps even a little insane with what they have to read. Case solved in minutes. Our civilization rose so much through the mind that it sometimes becomes difficult to reincarnate our own bodies.
