This is absolute disrespect
Since December 15th GGG support cant resolve my support ticket.
Not because my request is hard,but because they reply once a month with another question . I clearly provided all the info in first email because i knew what they gonna ask for. Got bot reply on January 17th asking for my account info. Then on January 17th i replied with the info (again) just to get another reply on february 14th , asking me to CONFIRM my info. I replied same that day asking for a refund because being ignored for months is not bad customer support , its non existant one. Got hit back few days ago asking me to confirm my IP .
