" Yeah that's nuts. It will become f2p when it's done. But the free version is more like a full content demo. Playing the campaign will work with one char at a time. If you want to play the endgame or multiple chars you'll most likely have to buy stash tabs. That's why experienced or committed players are calling it f2p already. I remember when LE first launched, the game director was live chatting for like 5 days straight, and one of the things he kept bringing up was how cool he and Chris were, with the latter giving him pointers for some possible improvements. There seemed to be mutual ARPG developer respect.
Now not only has GGG shat all over the goodwill of its own community but the goodwill of fellow developers as well. Wish I could get my $30 back. |

I wonder if GGG will finally optimize POE2 for PS5, it's a tragedy, a huge drop in textures and FPS.
Jax I don't understand why there's talk of a new league when the game is EA, when the full version is out I'll understand but they should focus on fixes and game tuning on all platforms. And I don't understand why they want to move the current characters to standard when the game is in the AE phase. POE2 is great but GGG is going to completely ruin it like this |
