Can we get "Windowed - borderless" not full screen thing just a option for PC users who play on smaller window ?

Indeed it is...but even without the penalty, leveling beyond 95 is almost impossible. 99% of the player base will never go beyond this level. Im making this claim without even seeing player level data, because I've put in the hours to reach 95. Now...its just a brick wall. It honestly makes no sense. It's like the dev team and its leadership want us to uninstall the game.

I can't wait to see consequences of letting people play broken shit for so long, then nuking it all when we clearly see where it's all going on.

Unless this patch is a monster patch I don't see POE2 official release happening until mid 2027.

It is good to see some people figure out the gameplay loop. Get to 90+ and either start a new character or quit until a new league. GGG has been doing this for over a decade. 100 is supposed to be difficult and has zero reason to get to. But it is fun to see people torturing themselves to try to attain it

Exactly my experience . Ive got to 96 and after beating my head against that wall ive given up playing . Somebodies "Vision" for this game seems to be to punish the player . I thought they already had Poe1 for that and this version would be more accessible and fun . Oh well live and learn . i enjoyed the storyline but the end game , not so much . The "Vision" doesnt seem to be for me . Maybe we could get the visionaries guide dog to come up with a few ideas ...
