Bot/map hack/ cheating warning message

When I logged into poe 2 a few minutes ago I received a warning about my account having been flagged as having cheating software detected installed. I'm not sure how this happened. I play on an unmodded steam deck and the only thing I have downloaded for use in the game are loot filters from this website. Was this a mistake? Is there something I can do to ensure I don't lose access to the game from my account?

i also just got this message, im running on linux
Came here to post this, happened to me too just now, while logging in after the last update.

Playing on Linux via Steam, default Proton settings, no mods at all.
Same, also playing on Linux. I was about to make a post to also ensure my account isn't banned?
Cheating software? Linux? Do you mean Linux?
Same issue, but playing on my steam deck.
I just got the same thing too, I came wondering the same thing.
I use a loot filter, which seems to be permissible since there is an in-game option for them. I am also using a thing that removes the black bars from the sides of the screen (I have a 49" ultra wide screen and it allows me to use the full resolution).

If either of these are against the rules I'll remove them, but I appreciate the warning as I didn't know.

The loot filter is just really nice because in the end game the amount of items dropping is insane. The ultrawide compatibility mod is really nice too because it removes the obnoxious black bars along the width of the screen.

In any case it would be nice to understand clearly what the rules are so I can not lose access to an early access game I paid $500 to support. I appreciate the warning in any case, but like KodiakDuck said Is there any way to follow up to ensure we don't lose access to the game due to ignorance?

EDIT: Playing via steam on a windows PC.

Same thing here - on Ubuntu Linux Steam Client direct install, no cheat software. Looks like your detection method is flawed.
Same here. - Fedora 41 I run through Steam default settings. Proton 9.0-4
I doubt that you get any meaningful support response here.
So, just for your information, whether or not you've used any "non-legit" software your account is now flagged and the flag will not be removed.
I can't tell for sure if the flagging imposes any hidden gameplay restrictions nowadays. But it's possible.
The followed autoban can be removed manually only after numerous messages to support.
So to say, have fun, guys.
Same here linux user, Arch (btw) proton GE 25.

I do not cheat or use cheater software.

I understand glitches happen, settings need dialing in. Accusations are not cool regardless.

This clearly needs to be fixed.
