GGG's pathetic support
" I've been waiting since December. I have been very patient, and believe me, I understand that queues can get backed up and sometimes disaster strikes or whatever. I work in Support myself (not here, though, I think I'd drop dead on the spot if I saw the state of their queues) The main issue is that they are clearly using an antiquated email-only system that doesn't even provide ticket numbers, so there's no way to link various messages from the same players easily, and no way to manage the queues. Hell, Zendesk is pretty ass, but at least you can keep track of tickets and filter them by or urgency, I'm not sure that GGG's guys can even do that. |

This generic GGG "Sorry there is a wait, wait longer" bull doesnt cut it.
I was upset for waiting over a month, and still not even an acknowledgement they are received it. Then I see people are waiting twice as long. This is not just a "Be patient" This is abandonment. |

My guild mate who spent over $4000 in the game is trying to contact GGG since November 2024 to only receive automatic reply. That lack of communication and bad service elsewhere would be resolved by one phone call to the bank to get reimbursed for scam.

I'm looking into what needs to be done for a lawsuit. They are trying to cover themselves by doing the same generic ggg support response under every new post about this but they never respond after that first initial one. They pretty much have stolen 20k$ plus from console users by taking the money and the user not getting points, gear, pacts and so on. This is not even adding on all the other stuff like the hacks and physical merchandise people are not getting. It's a difference between being behind or backed up to not receiving and update for over 3 months dealing with money and so on. I would even be more on their side if they closed down the mtx shop until this is fixed but they are continuing to allow people to do this while they know there is a issue wrong with their product. That means they don't even care as long as they got the money. They say refer back to the new announcement about the delay when there has been no updated info there either but there's 8 or 9 since then about the new POE event.

I completely agree, enough is enough. People have so much time and money invested in this, and they can't even prioritize their support tickets? It's 2025 ffs, how can the response to a support ticket be 2+ MONTHS?
I can't stand these boot lickers saying 'just be patient'. MFer you send me $300 and I'll hold onto for an undetermined amount of time, between 2 weeks and 8 months. I'll get around to sending it back to you whenever 'I'm able'. We will see how patient you are. |

wana hear a fun fact they read the post they just decide to not do anything about it cause i post a msg like few hours ago and they decide to put a warning about im behing hatefull when im talking about suing them whitch it the law of costumer service to take care of custumer and ban someone lock account and dont give awser about it well it fineable for 300k so dev when you read this msg unlock my account cause next time you supress my right to talk i send the case in court
