GGG's pathetic support

We need to do something about the pathetic support for GGG!
This situation is absolutely ridiculous! We need to come together and file a complaint immediately. They haven't responded to anyone for 3 to 4 months, which is completely unacceptable. Im in the same boat as you man, ive got fraudulant charges on my credit card and i made the mistake of trusting ggg in terms of geting this refunded. What do we do?

When i had a problem they helped me like in one day and it was solved next one.

There was a post by support that explains that there are massive processing delays and also the people who are impatient and continue to send emails are backing up the queue, creating more unnecessary delays.
