Same here. Watching the latency, when I do successfully log in, shows a number that constantly spikes to 5000+ and then back down to 3k and then back up. And on and on. This is from Boston trying to connect to either Washington or Canada (East). I even tried VPN to see how it would affect this. If I VPN to a Boston listing, the same problem. Same for NYC. From Buffalo, NY I managed to get it to only spike up to about 100. That was the best number managed.

Us in korea/japan servers we've been having this spike every day one hour at a time on average 3 times a day since launch.

They haven't addressed the issue at all, so don't expect it to be fixed. They're doing the same mistake poe1 did with desync issue which lasted years before they addressed it, and that affected their reputation drastically for so long, which affected the playerbase.
