Game crashes to desktop with no error

Hello same here, got a lots of crashes daily only while playing POE / Rituals + Delis ( 90% of the time ). Did they change any kind of effect related particles ?
Also tryied different graphic config just in case, even everything on low it keeps crashing as often.

CPU : 7950x
GPU : 3090
64Go Ram + SSD exclusive to POE ( tried on another SSD just in case and still the same ).

All temps are good so no temps issue while playing.

Any info about this ?
