Valid points but I'll pick Minesweeper over Candy Crush any time.

This is fairly straight answer for me.

I played all the original classes of D4 - 1 class each season up to season 5. Imagine... It was possible even tho Blizzard loves to nerf and buff things to control players.

POE 2... Starting a league - 99% of builds are total and utter crap so you are litterally forced to stick to something that you do again and again and again and get dead bored of it. And if something becomes half decent in POE 2 - it's nerfed to the ground next time.


In the end... POE 2 is just more of the same again and again and again when it comes to classes and viable builds. Even Melee types have mana... just WTF?


I did not play the first expansion of D4 cause I just did not want to support any developer that puts Co-OP only content into ARPG. I'm still waiting to see more of the next expansion revealed before I buy. But right now - ANY money put into ARPG will not be going to GGG in the coming months. Hell... I might even go back to D4.

That's whats great about having options for games. What's terrible, is when you want every game to be the same format as the one you like. The WoW feel Blizzard adopted for the Diablo series has given rise to the PoE franchise. Changing this game to be more like D4 limits the choices for other gamers and is plan selfish, when clearly a better option already exists for you.

I'm a dad gamer and I criticize POE 2 constantly, but no-D4 isn't better. And GGG is incomparably more honest than Blizzard financially. Poe 1 is the best arpg and PoE2 WILL be the best- just needs time.

D4 offers multiple button builds that actually work
