DPS dropping Bug

My dps is suddenly falling, which is the problem. When I logged in after reaching dps for Spark 5000, my dps dropped to 1000. I brought the same passive skills again after checking my passive and using a lot of gold coins to get the abilities again. I have almost three lakhs currently, and I have deleted and reinstalled this game. Kindly fix this issue with my account. It's quite annoying.
