Twitch Drops were not received
Just to add and update on my situation.
1. Props to Thomas for reaching out to me directly to assist in resolving this. I'm very aware how stretched things are right now with GGG and I really appreciate the help. 2. I was just about to complete the disconnect/reconnect solution and checked my game and the mtx had finally appeared in my account. So either the bug has been fixed on the back end, or it's likely that the demand has been enormous and has caused a bit of a bottleneck that will resolve eventually, but definitely took a lot of time (somewhere over 24 hours in my individual case). Thanks again Thomas, you're an absolute legend! |

Hello I have the same issue. Accounts are linked and Havenwood cloak is claimed. But did not receive it.

Could you please try disconnecting your Path of Exile account from your Twitch account (https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections) and then try linking it again (https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch)? Have tried reconnecting my account and everything else that has been said here.
Still no luck in getting the drop in my MTX stash. Seems to be a common problem right now as it's happening to a friend of mine too. Not sure what's going on right now. Have never had this issue before in POE or any other game with twitch drops. |

Same for me claimed cloak on the 23 Feb and it still has showed up in my inventory
