my only issue with this is that theres barely anything told to the player about what is going on/what to do. For example it took me a week and a half to find something to get any interaction. For the future i highly recommend a locked account process forum because all that is told to the player is to contact support, a very vague message.

am i gonna be waiting for more than a week aswell?

isnt it just a matter of unlocking the account?

any update would be nice.

There’s others that have been waiting months like me. We don’t know anything more than that message they post

played more than 9 years with this account.
spent tons of money too.
and now its just getting blocked.

had to create another account and spend 50USD just to get stash tab and be able to play :/ what a experience.


PS still no update.

Been playing this game since the beginning. This is my alt account and my main account has completely vanished. Hijacked and Email changed. I noticed a day before the event release. And lost my POE2 key and A LOT of micro transactions. People that have been waiting months....makes me super sad.
