Taunt still bugged from 3.22.0, doesn't appear to apply the default '10% less damage to anyone else'

Reconfirmed in 3.28, still no less damage taken from enemies taunted by your totem. Or at least not 10%.

Setup:
Unwavering Stance (can't evade), Resolute Technique (can't miss), Brass Dome (no extra crit damage taken), Gluttony (no armour), Dissolution of the Flesh (life loss is reserved), Worthy Foe (hits taunt), no other phys mitigation.

Method:
Summon a ballista, move exile into the path of arrows from a visibly taunted Timeless Hunter, a default attacking skelly archer with a datamined damage range of 113-170.

Results:
With taunt from ballista:
n=90 hits
sum=12278 damage taken
average=136.42

Untaunted:
n=80 hits
sum=11045 damage taken
average=138.06

Difference is 1.2%, likely just variance.
