A genuine question for SoftCore players

Why should i get rich?! I dont play to get rich in currency. And i play SSF, so no trade and currency exchange. But not recommended in the current state of PoE2. SSF players gets no love and no bonus from GGG for playing SSF. You can easily farm a lots of hours and dont do any progress. And that for days or weeks, if you dont have any luck. But i want to found things and not buy everything, because buying feels unsatisfying.

Well I made a decent build and I'm trying to take it as far as reasonably possible. I probably won't make another build in EA, or at the very least will take a break before building another one so putting a lot of time into getting this one build I'm happy with finished. I haven't really played many ARPGs in years so I'm enjoying the grind a little bit. But I'll be honest, one more upgrade on my gear and some jewels and he is about finished within reason (no astramentis etc) so hopefully they drop new content within the next few weeks to keep things interesting for me.
