Controlled Metamorphosis Bug

I have a corrupted Controlled Metamorphosis and I cannot remove it from the socket. I've triple checked there were no allocated points being used. restarted client multiple times and turned off all addon (exiled exchange). still can't remove the jewel. I've also tried to use another Jewel to exchange it in the socket.

Also has occurred on my build, unable to respec properly because of this
