account still locked / need help

Over 1 month and i am still waiting for my account to be unlocked .
You guys have everything that you need to unlock my account .
The last email i got from support was on the 12th of February, almost 1 month ago.
Can i atleast get some updates or i have just been forgotten.
I haven't sent any other email just so i don't get pushed back to the back of the queue , if this is even a thing.

It has been to long i have went through all the verification process , i provided the THROWAWAY ACCOUNT i just need my acvount to be swapped and unlocked...


I cannot forget about my accout mate i invested 500+ dollars on it..

locked my account since dec19 im waiting for answer ggg, 4 months not enough? ok we wait entire year ;)

at this point they should just start dishing out refunds to peoples cards, this is pathetic
