account still locked / need help

can i please have some1 respond my email and unlock my main account already i provided more proofs than it should be required already , i am tired of the same bloody routine more and more stuff asked from support team.
i have produced the evidence for the payments for all the supporter packs i have bought in poe 2 from the basic 1 all the way to the ultimate supporter pack,i provided the THROWAWAY ACCOUNT when requested aswell
i haven't payed ggg 500 dollars in 1 month just to get hacked, then to get my account locked and then to wait for ages and pray for some1 to finnaly respond to my last email and to hope they are not going to ask for another bloody uselless thing.
once you start a chat with some1 could you please finish it and resolve the case/issue your are not getting anywhere this way.

this is not and issue that couldn't be resolved in a couple of hours instead it takes ages , i provided all the proofs and i keep getting asked for more just to be ghosted again .. it feels like a waiting game all the questions and email feels like are intended to delay it even further not to find a solution, it doesn't feel like i am getting anywhere , just getting more frustrated and annoyed

One eternity later , still waiting for some1 from support team to read my email..
I might aswell start counting the days, weeks and pribably by what i see on the forum months before i get access back into my account , if i am lucky enough i might get access before the reset...
Not enough i got hacked , have to deal with this now..

Good luck. Almost a month for me now. No response.

over a 2 months here locked and robbed(one of the first headhunters in poe2 :)) after ggg security breach so... yep... "we'll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible"

1 month later and i am still waiting for some1 at the other to inlock my main account .
I provided everything that was needed
I even provided the throwaway account so my main account can be transferred to it .
What is going on , it cannot take 1 month to finish this off stop ignoring and closed the cases that you opened

Over 1 month and i am still waiting for my account to be unlocked .
You guys have everything that you need to unlock my account .
The last email i got from support was on the 12th of February, almost 1 month ago.
Can i atleast get some updates or i have just been forgotten.
I haven't sent any other email just so i don't get pushed back to the back of the queue , if this is even a thing.

It has been to long i have went through all the verification process , i provided the THROWAWAY ACCOUNT i just need my acvount to be swapped and unlocked...

dude im waiting since dec19 they just dont care about us, forgot about ur account and make new one...
