Customer Support Severely Lacking
I purchased the game through steam, i had to create an account on this website and did that. I noticed i needed more stash tabs and that that i might as well buy a supporter pack to get currency as the prices were comparable. So i purchased a supporter pack on the website. The purchase was made from my account. It purchased a whole new copy of the game and created a second account for me. I didnt want this. I wanted to upgrade my current account. So, I reached out to customer support on January 12th both through the website's messaging system and the email provided. Seems to be the ONLY way to reach GGG about issues. They still have not gotten back to me to help me get this fixed. I have not logged into that new account or spent any of the currency. It is just sitting there being useless to me. At this point I am extremely frustrated with the whole experience.

The frustration still stands. I dont even know if there will be anything done to help my situation. I feel like more resources could and should be directed to customer service. I spent hundreds of dollars on this game and dont have access to the currencies I bought. I fear the response will be "there is nothing we will do to help you fix this" and i will be stuck with two accounts. And, I still dont have an eta on when my email will be gotten to. I am just left hoping for a resolution. That doesn't feel good at all.

it doesn't look like they have a customer service mate , or they don't give a flying f@k my account has been cleaned by some1 who still has access atm to my account cuz i only loggin with steam and somehow they added an email adress to my poe account as primary login and i got my stuff from poe2 snatch gear and currency worth like 2 mirrors and i cannot secure my account unless this useless support team respond to my email which looks it might take months or years.

I just can tell you man, MOVE ON.
So many many players are waiting for response from „support“. I wait about 2+ months for my hoodie. No answers. Nothing. Money gone. I moved on and I’ll def never give them any more money or play their games. Life is too short for excuses. |
