It's not - 25% to "max" elemental resistance, it's -25% elemental resistance.

I would however adjust some of the harbinger 1st nodes.
The recovery and buff/debuff effect is weak.
For exhample with the recovery, when player gets 30% more damage (from some ascendancy for example) he also gets 30% more recovery. This node only gives the recovery without any damage. Also many sources of recovery are capped or have downsides (shield recharge needs to wait for start, non instant leech has hard cap.
Buff the recovery to 50% and allow it to work for max es recharge speed and max leech as well.
When it comes to buffs and debufs, its also very situational. There isnt much builds relying on temporary buffs, so the buff duration shouldnt have high value.
While debuff duration of -30% feels weak especialy when harbinger of focus gives you the most important debuff imunity - status immunity.
Change buff and debuff duration to 50% and it will be much better node and balanced towards harbinger of focus.

Balance is very important to me to allow choice.

GGG consider adding those ascendancies as additional ascendancies to classes you get normally. Looking at eg. Hex area of effect - First thing you think is death aura but death aura without extra curse, explo? Nonsense. E.g Harbinger ascendancy points for killing 10/50/100/200/500/1000 harbingers that will make people play longer and have something additive to their builds

Most nodes look like nods for Path of Exile 2 which at most are completely useless in Poe 1. Cdr? If spellslinger was alive that would make sense but...

My boyfriend love path of exile 1 and was really sad when it didnt got an update so I am so happy to hear about this update. I started playing poe since settelers of kalguur and have played path of exile 2 I love both of the games and I enjoy the story so mutch. So thanks for this update GGG <3
When I first started playing POE I just mostly remembered it because of Izaro so I am so happy that this mini league is dedicated to him
