Imagine needing to announce a patch like this. I don't know what the GGG team is doing but it isn't going the direction it should. Are we getting announcement videos in the future for hotfixes?

Still no timeline on poe2 0.2.0 which means no timeline on poe1 3.26.

It would be really nice if you didn't abandon your fully released and functional game to work on an early access title with over half its content missing. There's still no major patch in sight for either game after two months on top of existing delays.

There is no nice way to put it, the management of these two projects in parallel has been unacceptable.

Added more checkpoints to several Map areas and improved the placement of some checkpoints.

I think that what would really make waypoints useful is the ability to teleport to one of them FROM ANYWHERE on the map, not just from one to another. That way, you could use them as shortcuts to certain areas, and there wouldn't be a need to pepper them throughout the maps, just position one in each 'region'.

What do they mean by improved controller item navigation?

Great. Now can we make it so controller can be used with mouse during gameplay? What's the reason for not allowing this?

IE, Stardew Valley allows you to use both as the same time. A lot of people like to use the controller for movement and the mouse for entering commands.

WASD movement is stiff and lacks precision, controller on its own is cumbersome while trying to navigate menus and target where you want to use spells and abilities. But together, it'd be the best of both worlds.
