i still have not received a response on my email about having access to support packages i bought before the start of POE2. Can you please respond or at least send me in the right direction to obtain my support packages. Also i am still awaiting on help with all my microtransaction to be available in POE2..

You guys need to chill and manage your expectations. There are plenty of other games you can play while GGG is taking their time to get work done.
