Has anyone here ever really gotten help from support? genuine question.

I did. Their response was pretty fast(1 hour) and I got what I wanted.
It's not their fault that the wave of clowns who can't search information spam their email.

Not really...Just answers that avoid the problem were you either have to accept the situation or actually nothing really useful.

Sent a scam report - they said they don't have the people to solve this problems.
Sent a twitch watch time prize report cuz I didn't received something - they sent me to twitch and twitch sent me to GGG
Sent a report regarding the fact that I got muted - They said something about breaching something and had to suck it up.

That's exactly my impression, well put. I hope they can catch up with their workload and that we all get the help we need eventually but it does seem like the underlying system could be improved.

considering your "vaal serpent god supporter" banner it makes sense you received fast support tbh, but it's perfectly normal for support systems to prefer their regulars.
