Lost main weapon 2 days in a row !1 hundred of divine worth gone!

Yesterday I left a map from my portal and when making it back to my hideout. Noticed my main hand sceptre was gone. I went back in and searched the map to make sure I hadn’t dropped it.. completely cleared and nothing,,
So on the trade website is spent 60 divine receiving a new one..
today ran maps like normal and just teleported out and boom my sceptre is gone again.. searched stash and all my support gems and sceptre are gone. This is 2 times back to back I’m a lvl 96 infernalist these aren’t just petty weapons to lose.. what the f*** and you guys don’t plan to fix or replace items ? Then run it back and check where it’s lost at ? How is this a problem that isn’t fixed or fixable ? I’m hundred of real $$ into this game in packs and more and here we are just losing items. virtually irreplaceable.. or expensive in a point of not just fix and run along.. I need answers.!
