Game Freezes Entire PC - Need Manually Restart

The game was fine in 2024. Now in 2025 it is constantly freezing and freezes the whole computer. I have to manually shut down (Hold power button) and force restart my PC. This happens either on Character Log In or on the loading screen after I click on a map. Its now not playable which is frustrating.

My PC is brand new as of October 2024 with 4080 Super GPU. DDR5. Cost me nearly $5k so its not a cheap PC.

Just as I get to end game now i can't play it at all.

I have tried uninstall and re-installing drivers, updating windows, etc. Nothing works.
