A Message to Path of Exile 1 Players

PoE 1 needs a dedicated team.

The switching around of people between the games doesnt really do any of them good.


PoE2 could and needs way more fixes and hotfixes for problems that are really bad for the game, while PoE1 needs proper content to keep it going.

At that point could throw in some easy stuff, like couple mods for endgame maps, play around with more bosses in the maven arena, and just give people something to toy with that doesnt require many developers, so a small dedicated group can pump out that kind of content with less effort.

Many ppl will play/pay PoE One and never play/pay PoE2.

Your fake apology is definitely not accepted. This was all planned out this way from the beginning. No league after settlers so people have to try POE2. Charge money to anyone who hasn't shelled out almost 3 years of wow subscriptions to you already for a "free to play early access game." You can't be serious dude. I did support this company. LOVED POE1. So much I got early access for free. My disappointment is immeasurable.

I would have never believed it if someone told me PoE1 would get a year in between leagues..

I was excited for PoE2 because I could play MORE PoE, not less..

But now PoE2 is kinda boring and got old really fast and no new PoE1 league.. so now I'm just left playing Private Leagues, thank god you have that feature.. but maybe you should refund all the points people spent for them? I feel like the only reason we are making them is because we haven't had a league release.

Been supporting this company for over 10 years and this is, by far, the most disappointed I've ever been in GGG. I gave POE 2 a chance, but the game is incomplete and frankly some of the decisions around the difficulty have convinced me that I'm not the target audience for "the vision". So I was banking on POE 1 still being supported.

Where does that leave me now? I might as well uninstall the game.

the absolute disrespect for the poe 1 playerbase that we have now seen is so horrible. i for one really dont know how to get past this.

While my view on PoE1 and PoE2 seems like a hot-take, especially in this forum, I, personally, don't mind not getting a new PoE1 league.

I already spent... "too much" time in PoE2 and still couldn't care less about a PoE1 league. The 6 missing classes, the 24 ascendancies, the missing weapon types and skills, the 3 last Acts, THAT'S what I am waiting for.

Speaking for myself, I can't wait to play/test all the coming stuff in PoE2.
It's understandable that some are unhappy with the PoE1 state, but guys... we talk about GGG. We can already see that the campaign (early game) is great and why should we doubt that GGG is unable to make a good end game until release!?
That's literally what they are known for, it just takes time.

Dear GGG, can we at least have some endless events? We didn't have them for 2 or 3 years already....

i played Poe 1 for 4000+ houres ez and i know thats light for some users BUT this type of negativity im reading will not help
when someone make's a "F$%K up at your work are you the type people who sit there yelling/teasing them? OR! do you jump in and help?

OK he come out saying they made F%^K up so move on and let's get helping... makeing them feel bad is not going to make them BUILD two massive game's faster!!! they might just say build your own f$%king game and walk out :) that happend's at work and this is there job!! so let them cook and if you can do it better DO IT!!! go help them build 2 massive game's at same time~!!!!
