But at the same time I don't think after 10 years of a strong game, content flow, and community we should as a whole be super upset that the newer game is getting the priority.

I understand how this must feel to much harder core PoE 1 players than I (I lost my old account, no idea what the login is)

But I don't think this split will be like OSRS and RS3, I think that PoE 2 will end up being an even better PoE and in a few years the purists will be in the vast minority.

First league I bothered finally taking the time and grind to crack Ubers in, might be the last from the looks of it.

While I am sad to see PoE 1 not getting a season soon, I am happy that GGG is affirming the state PoE 2 is in. I do not see PoE 2 as an alternative to PoE 1, I don't want it to be for a long time (until PoE 2 can match the quality and diversity PoE 1 has).

Thanks for addressing us, hope we hear some good news for both PoE 1 & 2 as soon as possible.

So At the end of the day, Breaking POE2 from POE1 was a BIG MISTAKE.

Instead of transiting the game mechanics towards actual poe2 drastic changes, GGG should have NEVER-EVER took a complete departure from POE1, rather push new design into an evolving poe1 game mechanics.

In my point of view, it looks like the monstrous success of poe1 made some big heads and egos, mistakenly assumed they are in the right direction.

Sad. As evil God, they have killed the first born child: POE1, assuming separate poe2 from poe1 was good.

You guessed : I really don't like poe2. Too much difficult for me as casual poe1 exile. And of course my money contributions are just insignificant. It's fair.


Thank you GGG for having make me love poe1. So POE1 is dead by 2027. I know it.
Sad but at least, this "last" league is by far the most joyful poe1 season.
