PS: And GGG can't do anything about the state of POE being abandoned because they don't have enough developers to be able to run these two games at the same time. You only have to check the state of the support people... with a huge backlog due to the huge amount of emails they receive every day. I myself have been waiting for a refund response for over two weeks now. They simply don't have enough people to handle all this.

The devs lied to us. POE2 is garbage. POE1 development wasn't supposed to be interrupted and they were supposed to be separate games. There's been little to no communication about these issues.

I e-mailed them after 30-40 hours of POE2 back in early December shortly after I bought the game, and asked them for a refund. Initially they said they would do it, and asked me for my account info & the steam purchase information. Then it took almost a month after my first email for them to get back to me and tell me they wouldn't refund it.

I could forgive this if they at least kept their promise of POE1 development in parallel with POE2. If they kept them as different games and released a new POE1 league in January, I could have accepted the non-refund as at least partially supporting POE1's continued development.

But no, they have completely lied to and scammed POE1 players. This is not how you treat your loyal player base.

They hinted here & there during last months interviews they did put all hands on deck regarding PoE 2 .

Yes, but they never really addressed the launch of 3.26 in that way, if they would have say because we need a ton of people here we have to delay the league that was expected by the end of january, instead of telling us that they knew they were not working in a new league at the end of january, I think people would not be this pissed.
