How Divine you are, if only I could find one

From day one of this game release I have found about 3 Divines, I have played 30 days plus, so heavy user.

The gear that drops is no where near good enough for end game/maps, if you wanted us to craft, then currency is required and the higher end currency is so rare, its a joke. you need rare currency to drop in good enough numbers to be able to craft properly.

It was not that long ago 1 Divine was worth 114 exalted as of writing this today, its now 248 exalted for a Divine, I am sorry but this is not sustainable at this rate.

I am level 91 and trying to find a a reason to keep slogging this out, I cant afford the gear to upgrade using the trading and I cant afford to craft properly because of the amount of currency you would burn though to get the right gear.

Please tell me that this is being look at and some thing is going to change soon, I was told how good this game is and how well the developers listened to the community and feed back, as well as learn from there previous game.

I totally understand that this is not the finished product, but these type of issues when not address in a timely manner were why Diablo 4 players abandoned blizzard to play this game.

I see the game being a AAA title and I Love a lot of the things that this game has to offer, but for me this is a game killer.

I want to be rewarded for the effort I put in, not struggle day after day, because of currency drop issues.

I only hope this is address soon, or let it be a game for theory crafters and currency sellers.

Lvl 77 here, playing since EA release and I found only 2 Divs so far.

Then in game players started to talk about what kind of ring I have, which make sense, so I am wondering how many % of magic find you need to regularly drop Div orbs.

At 1:248 this game is begging for a total economy reset on league release but even if reset will occur, I am afraid after 1 or 2 months of League release, Div orbs will be at 250+ again.

Soon 1 Div orb will cost 500 ex haha 🤡
It drops for me 1/3h. , lvl 84. But I have lots of magic find + books on towers everywhere
Drops around one every two or three hours. I went on a 200% magic find character and currently I am playing @ 110% or so magic find... there is no difference . Only notable difference I observed between running with 0 mf and ~50%-70% ... but you are absolutely right with crafting and currency....

RMT players and businesses are duping items, manipulate the currency vendor and they basically have infinite currency and they keep the prices amazingly high in trading so that casual players wouldn't be able to afford items like that, unless they throw them some cash or even worse, become trading bots themselves. I don't want a game where I have to price check and stock trade all day every day, but one where I can use the resources I gathered and where I have ways to control what I craft to some degree.... not throw my kidney @ some ultra super duper rare omen that someone somehow stocked 40.000 of them and now asks for a a price that would take me weeks to farm... and that's just to change a modifier on an item I might like.

Now everyone can do whatever they want, but other players and the games' world shouldn't be directly affected by some groups shady wasys of playing the game. And I want to play online, with friends, not ssf or some other mode...
Duping and botters is what killing the game, no wonder 99% of items I bought is from chinese botters, noone else cant find anything, only botters find good stuff.

I am so sick of yellow items rolling T1 afixes all the time, crafting is nonsense, the chaos orb allways ruin the item other I dont even bother.

I am taking break in D4 but not sure if I come back, the economy and itemization is in shitty horrible state, why is there like 100 uselees uniques? Why every yellow is crap, why I find divine in like 12 hours or not at all?

This game has so much potential but the end game grind is going nowhere and bots owns it.
I'm lvl 92, with 90% magic find in the build.
Yesterday I farmed approximately 17 Divines, as follows:
- 2 per direct drop;
- 4 per drop of 2 perfect jeweler orbs;
- 1 for a glove that I dropped and improved with an exalted orb;
-10 for a breastplate I crafted, also using some exalted orbs.

I don't have to complain in this sense.
However, it is crucial to burn your currency (except divine) to try to get good crafted items.

It's this bit that makes me think (no offense) that you don't understand how making currencies works.

People with dozens/hundreds of divines haven't found them on the ground.

For example: I've just spent 26D on an ingenuity and yet I've only found 3D on the ground since the release (170h of play in total on my side).

You need to find a farming strategy that works for you and stick to it.
For me, it's the trial of chaos spam with its soul core drops. For others, it'll be farming breach, delirium etc...

You can't expect the game to rain down divines “just by playing”, you have to implement a “strategy”.

I found two in one map recently. Crazy rng.
If you want raw divine drops I think you need to prioritize quantity, try to use many tablets that add quantity. Also things that add more monsters to your map, ideally rare monsters and more modifiers on rares.

But like others have stated if you want to make divines there are many ways to do it, for example farming pinnacle bosses, rituals, citadels can drop many keys if you buff them, 3-5+ and those sell for a divine or more each for example.

Summary of what I made divines on yesterday:

12 Divine from a rare weapon that dropped that I crafted a little bit on then sold.
3 Divine from a citadel (dropped 4 keys I kept one, sold the other 3)
5 Divine from unique chest dropped from arbiter of ash.
3 Divine raw drops.

Also found a invitation in ritual that I deferred but haven't taken it out yet.

Hmm I think Ive gotten about 180 div drops, many more from trades. Also got a Mirror 2 days ago.

I have a lvl 98 Pathfinder with 450% rarity another 90 Pathfinder
91 gemling with 150% rarity currently playing.
86 Warbringer 85 monk.

From what I can tell between 5% to 150% no difference
then 150% to 300% etc etc.

Gemling its like 1 div per 1hr-2hr
Pathfinder 1 div every 3 maps
