Omen of Amelioration not triggering on death (bug id #333470265)

The activation is completely bugged. Had and active omen, went into map, died, it activated, went back to hideout for a new omen, activated it, got back into map, went to boss, died, omen didn't activate and I lost xp, still got my omen active, went again to boss, died, omen activated and didn't lose xp. Always had only one omen in inventory and it was activated.
This inconsistency happened couple of times and it just makes me close the game because it just feels awful. Bug Report ID: #2639122680 |
