[3.25] Lazy Susie: Explosive Warcry Scion (Budget-Friendly Tank) - Endgame viable

Take Cloak of Flame (Ascendancy), which I assume stacks with the actual unique item, and you got Physical Damage sorted out as well. That leaves basically Chaos Damage and Poison as the highest danger. A bit lower DPS, but it's not that big of a deal. Have fun!
