The rewards from the entire run are well worth running these even after obtaining the ascendancy points. As seen in the video I got multiple exalts, rares, jewels, and other loot. All from a campaign dropped 61 Dijin. I think this mechanic is well balanced in the rewards category. And the honour mechanic is very VERY forgiving as seen in my run, especially last boss fight as well being an absolute ape and still clearing it. I beleive the bosses are well designed too and fair with their attacks.* *Floor 4 with the final boss I have done on trade but not my SSF character yet Too be continued with another post Critiques: •Exploration: I would like to see some expansion on this idea. Going down corridors or ways you would otherwise not need to should be especially rewarding. If not adding in a couple extra rare mobs, or rare chests. Expanding on this idea into mapping as well! •Monster Behavior: I think there are a couple of monsters in here that behave a bit outside of normal range. This is with POSSIBLE AFFLICTIONS in mind
Spoiler
Dune Lurker: They hop from the ground and attack your character at an alarming fast speed. Its one of those things youll have to KNOW they do it to avoid it, as reacting to it seems a bit too quick. Urnwalker: They have a multiple projectile ground fire attack that will create a moving ground sort of effect. The ground effect acts as multiple attacks in quick succession as it passes through you, if you have the affliction Hungry Fangs (Monsters remove 5% of your Life, Mana, and Energy Shield on Hit) standing in this mechanic for even a couple seconds will kill your character/do a ton of honour damage. Etc Rare Mods and Fleeing: Some monsters will flee if you attack them, while also having rare mods such as Conjures Lightning Storms, or Temporal Proximity Bubble (minus action speed). Which can be a bit frustrating and possibly too punishing for honour damage/damage to your character. •Relic Modifiers: Expansion on these is also possible. Outside of the unique relics maybe we could get something that magnifies loot in these runs, whether it be from urns, rares, or bosses. Maybe borrow a bit more from Sanctum and have a bit more rewards outside of chests and monster drops, but interaction with fountains for later or sooner. Thats about it for now. Thanks GGG! Note: This is not my first attempt at the mechanic.
This is an entirely rerolled SSF character playthrough I have started recently. Have another character in trade. But wanted to come at this in an SSF, fresh loot/character perspective. As well as not using over tuned Hammer of the Gods and a 2h to one shot everything. Mash the clean

" No, they didn't. In the campaign everything works, but this is an activity that is supposed to be part of the end game and it isn't rewarding enough vs time invested. If you are excited about exalts and actually think that those are a fair reward for this activity you might be too casual to have a feedback about this. It's shit.

" I would suggest refraining from telling others if they are able to leave feedback or not. I even put a second post disclaimer saying this is from a fresh SSF character perspective. As I already have done the entire thing on trade league. Which it is still rewarding. The chest room is not the only thing rewarding about sekhemas. That is a failure on understanding how to run sekhemas for rewards. So there are a couple things you need to do before responding to threads: 1) Dont tell others what they can and cant post in terms of feedback. 2) Actually read what was said Mash the clean

I tend to agree ... lets not beat anyone up because they have a different opinion from ours.
While I'm TERRIBLE at the Sekhemas [Sanctum] mechanic I was able to get through the T3 Sekehams for my ascension [wtih a similar-enough warrior build]. In the end I do think people that can reliably do 4 floor Sanctums should be rewarded for the time they invest and Sanctum should be a viable [non-mapping] way to progress your character, get rewards, etc... Should it be the "best" way to get a TON of currency?? Doubtful. Should it be at least somewhat competitive with returns from mapping --- I'm down with that!!! Feedback: I encourage the Devs to look at MORE non-mapping ways to generate currency and to make those viable alternatives to a generic mapping experience. For example I'd be down with Trials of Chaos [Ultimatum], Delve, and other non-mapping experiences to be VERY different from mapping but ultimately rewarding in some fashion. " Trial is mandatory for ascendancy. Those ''rewards'' you talk about are purely RNG. After that, the Trial becomes one of the few activities you can farm for valuable items, including exclusive items that come from the caches, so the only one failing at understanding the Trial, is you. [Removed by Support] 2) Because I did, I decided to answer. Last edited by Vash_GGG#0000 on Feb 1, 2025, 4:38:34 PM

" Reporting you now as dismissive and insulting remarks are not welcome or tolerated on the forums. Mash the clean

" It isn't about currency, mate. They have exclusive items behind this Trial and after clearing tons of them I haven't gotten any of those. Not even the mid-rarity ones, like the jewels. Also, I have finished the trial a couple of times with 11 caches being empty. This is the worst garbage I have seen in an ARPG. They are basically punishing people for spending time clearing activities like this and placing exclusive drops behind it. |
