What is going on with Divine Orbs?

Panic buy of Divine with Exalts would also tank the rate of exalts , i certainly didn't hold for long on my hundreds of exalts in this context ... which is probably what also fueled this spike which seems stable now .

But there is already an auction house in POE 2 for currency.... To sell/buy currency you don't need to whisper to anyone. What is the problem then?

I suspect this possibly has to do with the way rarity works.

If I am correct rarity increases the "Tier" of currency that drops? I know when I started farming maps with higher rarity I got more exalteds.

People have a lot of exalteds but no divines so they are trading their bulk exalteds for divines, inflating the price.

This is also exacerbated by speedfarming currency in breaches. It is not uncommon for a super fast build to get 10+ exalteds per map and the top tier are probably getting average of 20+. The drop rate differential between exalted and divine is so significant that you can get 100s of exalts before you see one divine.

So if we are looking at exlated:divine drop ratio if you are getting 200 exalteds per 1 divine drop then that is about what they are worth.
