URGENT - DROPS DISAPPEARING

Loot is disappearing if you don’t loot it right away. With loot filters on or off and game restart
Many folks are seeing this happen now. Please look into this. Orbs and uniques going **poof**. I have videos let me know if I can send to anyone !

Left trigger plus right on the d-pad fixed for me.
