Didnt get 300 coins

Hello, I bought the early starter pack for poe2 on the website (no steam or another platform). Unfortunately, 300 coins were not added to my account. Is it an error? I have already written to support, but have not received a response yet...

Same. Bought 200 points a month ago and still no help. They're taking real money and just don't care at this point. Just that generic response.

Have you checked to see whether an email from them has been placed in a Spam or Junk folder, or been categorised differently than how you would expect? (Lots of email providers have been increasingly experimenting with """intelligently""" sorting emails you receive using AI.)

Have you been sending emails to them asking for a response or update? Their help desk software queues tickets pending a response from staff based on the time & date of the latest update to that ticket - so any followup emails you send will each reset your position in the queue.

It is possible for emails to be blocked. I don't mean placed in a Junk or Spam folder ("soft blocking"), but never delivered to you at all.

If you emailed them half a year ago, have not reset your position in the queue, and have never received any kind of reply from them, then it may be worth contacting them from a different email address and a different provider, in case something prevented them from receiving your original email, or they had tried sending a response but it was not delivered to you.
