Customer Support Update

Got a reply back almost a week ago after sending in my first email a few days beforehand, mind you it was most likely a copy and paste but hey, it's something, right!?
Indeed too busy. My Steam account is bound to an incorrect email, and it has been over 20 days without a response. Unable to get assistance, really speechless. Shouldn't more staff be added?
GGG Support has convinced me to not buy EA for PoE2 like I was planning, since it's been 60 days waiting on them to unlink steam so I can put it on the correct account where I have access to the email. So I guess I'll go spend my money elsewhere
My account has not been able to log in to the game for 13 days, and I was asked to enter a verification code when I logged in, but I haven't received it in my email, and I've tried dozens of times, and it's all like this. Why is there such a bad email system, I haven't replied to the letter to customer service for many days, why do you need me to wait for your mistakes, [Removed by Support]

Thanks for the transparency. Would be nice to get an update on how quick you plan to upgrade on this issue.
Im still waiting for a response from your staff because I want to pay you 60€ for an upgrade pack but I'm unable to.
Im waiting almost 2 Months now - what a .... joke.

I had support do something after over one month - but they actually didnt really do what i asked them for and then ignored me again ...



This is beyond unprofessional.
10 days and counting with no reply from support to unlock my hacked account.

Do I wait patiently for a reply from 10 days ago or shotgun emails left in right every day?

How can we get a response I just don't understand now.

10 + days for a reply is absurd, there is 0 excuse for this even if you have a public statement..
Remove Atlas endgame and make new one. Is repetitive, bored and frustrating.
Waiting for a month for a response isn’t just "slower-than-usual." This feels like nothing is being done, and honestly, I think there are technical issues behind all of this that just can’t be solved right now. If that’s the case, it’s not fair to leave us in the dark—just say it if it’s currently unfixable.
