Unable to interact with relic altar

Went to trade with someone - I joined them in Trial of Sekhemas (bit with the altar where you put the Djinn Barya's in). Traded with them, left their party and went back to my hideout.
I then went back to the Trial of Sekhemas area to start a new trial for my 4th ascendency and I can't interact with the altar. It's just stuck in the lifted position and i'm unable to do anything. Tried swithcing servers etc but nothing... Any ideas? Last bumped on Apr 2, 2025, 3:45:08 AM

I currently have the same issue?! I traded with someone they went afk and now the altar is in the upright position with a token in it and I now cannot access the altar.

To fix this problem, try restarting the game or moving to another area before returning, and if the problem persists, report the bug to get support from the development team.
