Thats wild, I got hacked around christmas and got completely ghosted since then. I too responded to the "locked" email.

I feel like they just ignored my request and deleted the email, but then I also dont want to risk falling back in the queue by asking again :D


I'll be using this post to keep track how many days since they last reply.

FYI, even a small web hosting company with 5 employees has proper ticket system. Why did GGG overlook this?
