+100 I can confirm the Temple of Chaos bugs. Both me and my wife had to solo it for the second ascendancy. Also, have not been able to access the Trial of the Sekhemas in Cruel difficulty, can't really understand why (we stupidly wiped the first time we faced the betrayer, but subsequent kills have been clean)
