GGG is ignoring my support ticket after I paid $500 for Liberator of Wraeclast

yes sending a email if you already sent one without a reply will put you at the end of queue tbh dont think it matters they said they have gone through 400K+ emails since first support announcement and ive been waiting like 64 days how does that make any sense lol


Edit also saw someone wanting a refund on a stash tab said they emailed them the 13th of December and got it taken care of on Jan 22nd the queue makes no sense ive been waiting since Nov 21st for a mtx transfer from xbox to pc

I will never give this company a penny more. The lack of service for $500 is absolutely disgusting. I wish i could get a refund.
