GGG is ignoring my support ticket after I paid $500 for Liberator of Wraeclast
I never received any of the items they were supposed to ship to me because they shipped to the wrong address.
I contacted them, and was told I would have to pay for shipping. I agreed to pay for shipping, and asked how I could pay. That was on December 27th, and I have not received any reply since. I have emailed them numerous times and have just been ignored. I would just like the products I paid for. Last bumped on Jan 19, 2025, 6:53:39 PM

it's called a queue, you are in one, wait patiently and do NOT send more mail unless asked to do so, if you do you are resetting your position in the queue.
Also, as far as i know your purchase of the physical goods, this is on you to provide the correct shipping details and if the fault is on the delivery people then i would be contacting them as well. From GGG's stand point they have sent out the goods, and they were received (even if it was by someone else) and this ticket will likely end up needing reviewed before they do...which will take time because there is a bloody massive queue. Some of us have been in this fake queue you talk about since the first day of Early Access with zero replies.
If they are truly 6 weeks behind, then clearly they're not allocating funds correctly to handle support tickets. There's no reason to be backed up almost 2 months now for paying customers |

They reply to you, asking for your information You message GGG Support with your information They ghost you In a reply or something you ask them why they are not replying They reply, asking for your information You message GGG Support with your information They ghost you I am not exaggerating when i say this has happened 9 times, every single email i send them from now on, has all of my information on it, every single time i ask a question. I have created new chains, that are not reply strings, regardless of GGG's statements here you should be talking about your issues on other websites they dont regulate, and you should email them as much as possible. This is the start of week 3. |

I tried to post about the support situation on Reddit, and the post was immediately removed with no reason given. Maybe posting about the situation on their twitter page would get more attention on the problem but I will never have a twitter account.

I've been unable to play the game due to a technical issue, nothing on the internet has helped. I got one response a month ago asking for more info (after waiting for three weeks) and nothing since then. I should have used Steam since they would have automatically refunded my purchase, but I had trust in GGG. My experience trying to get a refund along with the recent data leak have completely destroyed my trust in GGG. |
