Sceptre wont allow the socketing of gems

Added socket to a sceptre on Xbox. No reduced attribute capability. Socket not recognized when I pick up a rune. Pls fix bug

Still a major bug. Sceptre has reduced attribute roll. Game has crashed multiple times.

This bug is still active now in 0.3. Just bought a Rattling Scepter, reduced attributes and can't socket any passive gems into it.

Same issue in 0.4. Reduced attribute requirements on sceptre. But the skill still wants max requirements, which I do not reach. I hope it's not being kept intentionally.

For anyone still experiencing this, You need to have the original stats before the reduction in order to socket it
