Mobs not spawning in Twisted Domain Breachstone

i cheesed it by using blink. i had no bridge after the timer during my first time trying twisted domain, just before i gave up i pressed blink and it put me in mid air, i kept following the map where i hit multiple walls but blink let me through all of them. at the end where the boss is, i can't see the map nor boss but i killed it anyways. the loot de-spawned after few seconds but i grabbed half of it, including the skill book.

but yea if u are trapped since there's no bridge, u can use blink and blink ur way to the end

This just happened to me on my first attempt at the Twisted Domain.

Pretty bummed. Doing the breaches is one of my favorite activities. Took me quite a while to gather 300 splinters too.

Just happened a second time in a row. I'm basically unable to progress the breach activity.
