Price checker

Started this topic a while back.. under another thread. No one cared at least some of the cosole players realising not having a price checker... after farming hours.. you will spend the equal amount of time with price checking with your phone in hand..

GGG does not give a damn to fixing this I can tell you that.. but fingers crossed that I will not be right.. but interestingly they can take our money with ease..

#1 cross play - It is a cross play game in which they champion the economy. So makes sense to have equal qol to other platforms.

#2 - Larian Studios on Baldurs Gate has a mod Storefront on the game, it works wonderfully on playstation, so there's a precedent that mods can be used.

#3 - Sony - I would assume that Sony has some sort of policy for cross play games on their storefront. I doubt Sony sees with good eyes their premium users being farmed because of mods... If enough people complain to Sony, I would eventually see them say nothing but ask Tencent so check what is going on. Sony is protective of their players. The question is how to take this to Sony... I would assume the best way is to make a proper letter, frame this as duality in treatment and take it directly to Investor Relations, which is a public address, and they pay attention to it, it's not only for shareholders, but also to stakeholders, being the last, the paying customer.

#4 - Temcent: playstation network is a strategic market for temcent, so I would assume GGG has all the interest in improving their product for PSN.

#5 GGG, they already provide an API to someone, so if the API exists, there shouldn't be very add to add the functionality in game, they already made similar with the asynchronous trade. It's a matter of goodwill one would assume.

#6 wrong place: the vast majority of people hangs out on Feedback, very small traffic here to bring weight to the claim.




In my perspective, GGG has two ways of doing this, copy Larian Studios and make a storefront available on the game for official mods that works also on playstation, or implement the functionality on the game. I would prefer the second.

It would be very desirable to have it ready by 1.0 release
