Increase the atlas map zoom-out

Atlas Map not zooming out is terrible for trying to navigate it.

Lost any faith I had in this game getting fixed. A glitch allowing more zoom out created better quality of life than the pathetic 15% more they added and they actually thought that was good enough. They sure don't seem like they are thinking things through
