Loot filter not functioning

I found 100% solution but requires POE1 under same account on ps5.

I did play poe1 on ps5 before so for me it was quick. If you didn’t , you will need to install it.

After install, make any character, go options right away and select desired filter option. Make sure to remember what you select.

Also if you want to do everything nice and clean, you should delete and unfollow all the filters on the website first in the (Item filter).

Then go to https://filterblade.xyz

Connect to the same account via login in, and do the same level before eporting&Saving to POE2 at the end. Make sure to select poe2 platform.

Log back in poe2 and select that filter and it should work.

Now if you want more levels of strictness, then you do the same for every level via poe1.

If it stops adding more levels of strictness then , you need to clear the cache.

To do so, Turn off PS5, (not rest mode),after it’s been off hold power button on ps5 until it beeps second time the release. Connect ps5 controller with usb-c wire and press ps button as addressed on the screen. Go to set cache option 6 and reset it(not a database).

After that keep adding more level of strictness the same way.

It’s a way to do it, but until ggg fixes it, this works.

And no I don’t want to reinstall the game on ps5, cause it weirdly enough shows in my psn store that I haven’t bought this game yet and I’m certainly not going to pay 30€ again for this buggy game

me too can't use filter on ps5 in poe2

switching the account on this site, follow the filter, make sure you are following the filters on every account.

I mean no one can force you to try it out and it's completely your prerogative, but I can say that my game wasn't showing as bought yet when I removed the game and it worked for me. Also, you have receipts of your purchase.

You will still have the game in your "download"-list. On PS5, search "Your Collection" under your gamestab. Main menu - go far right, click Gameslibrary, second tab - "Your Collection", use magnifying glass and search for Path and it will show up for download. You're welcome. ;)

Edit "this buggy game". It's in Early Access (Beta) with all that comes with that. You know this right?!!!

Blablabla yes thank you already done that you people can move on.
And yes I know but this game is the worst I’ve ever played in case of bugs etc. And not to mention all the people having problems with transactions, account locks and so on so it’s not that far away to think they have another bug with the psn store as this game was thr ONLY one I have ever seen to not show as purchased in the psn store so…

for anyone who cant even get the filters to show up and has already tried everything
try a vpn make sure the console is connected through vpn and the filters will show up
the problem is this isnt a one time thing its not like you do it once and the game downloads/syncs the filters
if i want the lootfilters i have to stay connected to the vpn and play the game
which could be against TOS of the game or your console idk


context for why this works and the reason i had the idea to try this out is simply because
path of exile website has blocked IPs from my country to access the site so i have to use the vpn to access the site
i thought maybe its the same problem with the filters and yes it is the game has to directly have access to the website for filters to show up

which is weird because the game doesnt work that way for syncing characters and stash items and even trade .. all of these work without having the vpn but for some reason the lootfilters have to be synced LIVE to the website otherwise they cant be used
i might be the only one or of the very few people who has this problem but you also have to admit that the way this works is very clunky and weird i hope there is an actual fix for console , some type of actual INGAME filters
something that can highlight the important currencies AT THE VERY LEAST

I have tried with starting another app endless times, I’ve tried follow/unfollow filters, I’ve tried delete and install PoE2 again - not working. It’s starting to disappointing me more and more. I don’t know what to do
