Do you guys REALLY ACTUALLY expect us to use DIVINE ORBS on crappy 1 Rregal orb priced Uniques to "REFRESH" them?

Please fix Cold Snap failing to work. I'll be directly hovering a frozen enemy and it will not consume the freeze and do damage but it will take the cast time, consume the mana and genuinely try to get me killed as I could be doing other things than trying and failing to cast a spell. No this isn't due to proximal tangibility.

Any possible estimation on a fix for the PC freezing effecting some of the player base? In loading screens the game with freeze and lock up the entire PC forcing a shutdown with the power button. Game also will use 100% of CPU memory on loading screens, with actual gameplay using less
